Low blood pressure or low BP problem occurs when the blood flow in our body is less than the normal level, if this problem is not solved on time, it affects other parts of the body. So we should not take this problem lightly and should treat it.

The following methods can fix this problem.
Raisins
In low BP problem, you should soak 30/40 (handfuls) raisins in water at night, and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach, and drink that water too, this method will give relief from low BP problem, do this at least once or twice a week.
Coffee

Other ways
- Drink water with red chillies, salt and lemon juice two to three times a day.

High blood pressure
- Crushing two cloves of garlic and licking it first thing in the morning reduces blood pressure. Garlic is considered an excellent source of blood pressure control. It keeps cholesterol levels in the body under control, is also beneficial for immunity, hair care and skin. Cooking garlic does not cause any major harm, but some of its essential properties are lost. You can chop garlic and eat it directly in water, but if you do not like raw food, then you can make it a part of your diet by adding it to your food. After chopping it for some time, it also mixes with the oxygen in the air, which is considered beneficial for the body. Eating garlic increases nitric oxide in the body, which helps in reducing BP.
- Instead of regular salt (white salt), using sea salt will be beneficial in blood pressure.
- Mix equal amounts of panamhuri, cumin and mishri and drink it with plain water in the morning and evening. You will get relief.
- Mix half a teaspoon of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of honey and drink it in warm water every morning.
- Boil one gram of Arjun bark powder in water and drink it.

- Beetroot contains nitric acid which helps in opening blood vessels and reducing pressure. It also helps in maintaining proper blood flow, which in turn normalizes blood pressure.
- Berries, especially (blue) blueberries, are high in flavonoids. They help lower blood pressure and prevent complications caused by high blood pressure.
- According to a study, people who eat yogurt daily have a 20 percent lower risk of developing high blood pressure. At the same time, those with high blood pressure, if they eat bananas, it helps to normalize BP.
- Oatmeal is a high-fiber, low-fat and low-sodium food that helps to lower BP. Eating it daily for breakfast keeps you energized throughout the day and normalizes BP.
