Take two teaspoons of honey and a small teaspoon of cinnamon powder with a glass of warm water in the morning and evening. - Take 100 grams of garlic cloves and grind it with 5 grams each of sandalwood salt, cumin, hing, peepal, turmeric and dry ginger (santhi). Then fry it in castor oil and keep it in a bowl. Taking it twice a day with a spoonful of water gives the desired benefits in arthritis.
